Here at RHP Solutions we have been seeing quite a few disabled iPhones and iPads just recently since the release of the new IOS9 update. This issue is caused when the device is attempting to update via a wireless connection. If you plan to update your device please connect it to iTunes and take a backup and then apply the IOS9 update via iTunes.
