Service Desk

Our service desk provides the first line of support for our customers. Continuously resourced during business hours so if you have a problem or just need some advice there will be an engineer available to help. All customer contact is logged in our help desk software and a resolution is provided in a timely manner. If the reported issue cannot be fixed straight away the customer is given a ticket number and they are given regular progress reports until the issue is fixed.
